With companies cutting costs,  re-aligning bugets and restructuring their operations to survive the current economic climate surelythe ’softer’/quality of life issues will become harder to justify

Most CEE cities have seen their rating improve, particularly since EU accession, which CEE city do you think is the best business city overall? Are there any CEE cities which aren’t included in the ranking such as Bratislava, which could compete against the more established ones of Warsaw, Prague and Budapest?
