Unfortunately, as a Barcelona resident, I must say that our position is probably much better than what reality actually shows. I believe that when you ask business people “where would you like to do business?”, most of them would think of sunny and pleasant Barcelona. However, I do not think that much European business is actually done down here. You should rather ask bussiness leaders “which cities have you visited for business in the past year?”. In that case I think that our city would perform worse, surely worse than Madrid.
