I don’t agree with Lisbon not ranking in the top 10 European cities with best telecommunication systems. It has one of the highest rates of mobile phone use, its fiber optic network is the 6th largest in the Europe, second only to Lithuania in Europe, and its banking and ATM system is one of the most advanced in the world. The problem with this sort of rankings is that a lot of people actually don’t know the city and its potential, which is considerably overlooked.
