These cities will remain big business centers : Finance, CAC 40 companies are mainly located in these cities and they is a lot of actractions around : Museums, nices places, etc.
Not that sure about Frankfurt but for LONDON and PARIS a big YES.
Best regards

You can be sure about FRANKFURT as well. I am living in FRANKFURT and I really enjoy both business and private attractiveness. Of course, LONDON and PARIS are much bigger, being the absolute poltical and ecomical center of their country. Germany has a decentral structure, what is the reason for German 5 cities among Europe’s top20.
However, if you observe this study and others, such as GaWC or the annual Mastercard ranking, L/P/F were, are, and will be the three major business centers in Europe.
By the way, what makes FRANKFURT especially attractive is indeed the fact, that it is NOT as big as LONDON or PARIS. You will find the same perspectives for business and career, a similar quality culture, gastronomy, nightlife, etc, but you do not have so long distances. No need to spend 2hrs a day in subway or traffic jam, you can find appartments near inner city, near your office, near a forest, if you want.
On the other side, FFM metroplitian area has also some 5 Million inhabitants spread over a lot of smaller cities surrounding FRANKFURT, so that you can find your way of life, urban or suburban, enjoy a relatively big city and the countryside at once.
That are the key reasons, which make FRANKFURT so attractive. Nevertheless, there is no doubt, LONDON will remain No1 forever – in terms of business, not in tems of life!
It makes sense that those three stay on top, no reason in changing that. Only one thing, i’d like to point out. London is in first place in the ranking “Best cities in terms of languages spoken”. In my opinion, almost the only language spoken there is English. If that’s important ok, but strange enough Birmingham and Manchester which can’t be that different are ending up 14th and 20th. That’s rather strange, so in this question there must be other reason then just language putting London on top.
There might be a point for improvement here.

I disagree about China because China remains a poor country and the ability of China to help the world to recover from the actual crisis is a myth.
